PRESCRIPTION REQUIREMENTS
We currently offer prescription lenses for UK and AU customers only. Frames without prescription can be shipped worldwide.
You’ll need a valid prescription from a registered optician dated within the last two years, plus your Pupillary Distance (PD). If PD isn’t on your prescription, we’ll send instructions after checkout.
We cannot supply prescription lenses to customers under 16, those registered sight impaired or severely sight impaired, or prescriptions over +8.00.

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch prescription orders within 14 days of receiving your prescription information.
Import duties, tariffs and taxes are included for all orders shipped to the USA.
For EU orders, import duties and taxes are included on orders up to a value of €150. Orders exceeding this value may be subject to additional import duties, taxes or customs charges which are the customers responsibility.

RETURNS

WARRANTY
We will repair or (if unrepairable) replace any pair of frames within the first 2 years of purchase free of charge if there is a fault with them.
We do have a couple of exceptions. Our warranty doesn't extend to damage caused due to excessive force or improper use or care. If your frames are damaged but not covered by this warranty we may still be able to repair them, but we may need to charge you for the repair.
Besides the warranty, we also provide free maintenance services in store including frame reshaping, tightening and adjustments.
