Free UK Home Try On
If you're ordering to the UK you can try your shades at home for free.
Choose Klarna Pay Later at checkout and don't pay anything for 30 days. No fees apply.
You can choose to return your sunglasses for free within 30 days for any reason, provided they are in their original condition.
International Home Try On
For international orders, Klarna Pay Later is available at checkout and you won't pay anything for 30 days. You may return your sunglasses within 30 days for any reason, provided the sunglasses are in their original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Sending us your Return
To complete a UK return visit www.hotfutures.co.uk/a/returns enter your email address and order number and follow the steps to receive your free returns label. Print the label and affix it to your package and drop off your return at any Collect+ location.
Please print your order confirmation and include this in the return so that we can process your refund as quickly as possible.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be refunded.
You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving your items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return that is not due to a fault or error with your order, your item must be in an unused condition and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and no tags should have been removed from the product(s).
Gift cards cannot be returned for a cash exchange.
To return items from outside the UK, please repackage your items and email email@example.com for confirmation of the return address. Post your return to us and include your order confirmation in the return to ensure that we can process your return as quickly as possible. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and we recommend returning your items on a tracked service.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if there is any reason why we are unable to accept the returned item.
If your item is returned in accordance with the return instructions above, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a short amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you don't think you've received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If the refund has not shown in your account, contact your credit/debit card provider. It may take several days before your refund is processed by your card/payment provider.

If you would like to exchange your purchase for the same or another item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Hot Futures Limited, Unit 3 Colour House, Bentley Rd. N1 4FH.
Please print your order confirmation and include this in the return so that we can process your exchange as quickly as possible.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
