Warranty
We offer a 2 year warranty on our eyewear.
Our eyewear is made to last using the best materials and we will repair or replace any pair purchased from us within the first 2 years free of charge if you have a problem with it. Just contact us to arrange to drop it back into store or send it back to us.
We do have a couple of exceptions. We can’t guarantee that we will repair or replace your frames if they have been damaged due to excessive force or improper use or care. We’ll still take a look and see what we can do, but we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to repair or replace your eyewear free of charge.

WARRANTY
We will repair or (if unrepairable) replace any pair of frames within the first 2 years of purchase free of charge if there is a fault with them.
We do have a couple of exceptions. Our warranty doesn't extend to damage caused due to excessive force or improper use or care. If your frames are damaged but not covered by this warranty we may still be able to repair them, but we may need to charge you for the repair.
Besides the warranty, we also provide free maintenance services in store including frame reshaping, tightening and adjustments.
