SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are packaged by hand from our HQ and shipped out by DPD tracked next working day delivery, so you can rest easy knowing your order is easy to track and will get to you quickly and securely.
- When your order is shipped we’ll send you an email confirmation and a link to track your purchase from the moment it leaves Hot Futures HQ to the day it arrives at your door.

- Shipping to anywhere in the UK is free and you can expect to receive your purchase in 1-2 working days, orders received before 11am are shipped the same day.
- International shipping rates are listed below:
- European Delivery - £5.00 (5-7 working days)
- Rest of the World - £10.00 (7-10 working days)
- For UK orders, you can return your purchase for any reason for free within 14 working days of receiving your item, provided that the item is in an unworn condition with tags. When your order is returned, it will be reviewed and provided the item is in an unworn condition your return will be processed within 5 working days. You can also return your item in person by returning it to our Shoreditch store.
- For international orders, you are responsible for return shipping costs, but you can return your purchase for any reason for free within 14 working days of receiving your item

UK Free (1-3 working days)
EU £15.00 (3-5 working days). All import taxes and customs collected at checkout. No additional costs payable on arrival.
USA and Canada 15.00 (4-8 working days)
Australia and New Zealand 15.00 (5-10 working days)
Rest of the World £30.00 (7-10 working days).

HOME TRY ONS
UK customers can try shades on at home, with free returns.
- Pay with Klarna at checkout.
- You can choose to return your sunglasses for free within 30 days for any reason, provided they are in their original condition.
- For international orders, you can also pay with Klarna, but return shipping costs are your responsibility.

WARRANTY
We will repair or (if unrepairable) replace any pair of frames within the first 2 years of purchase free of charge if there is a fault with them.
We do have a couple of exceptions. Our warranty doesn't extend to damage caused due to excessive force or improper use or care. If your frames are damaged but not covered by this warranty we may still be able to repair them, but we may need to charge you for the repair.
Besides the warranty, we also provide free maintenance services in store including frame reshaping, tightening and adjustments.
