Where is my order?
We aim to send all orders out the next working day after purchase, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the delivery details once the item has been sent. For pre-orders we will be sending these out in early May a soon as the collection drops and will contact you to confirm once it's been shipped. If your order has not arrived on time please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you in tracking the parcel.
Can I return my order?
Yes you can return items to us for a full refund within 28 days of receiving your item as long as they are unworn and in the original packaging. Damaged/faulty goods can also be returned. Find out more about how to arrange a refund in our returns policy here.
Can I cancel my order?
We endeavour to ship your sunnies out to you asap so please email us at email@example.com if you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please note if the order has already been dispatched you will need to follow the usual returns procedure to receive your refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can checkout using the following payment methods: Paypal, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, Visa, Mastercard and/or Amex.
